Brief Bio:

Ms. Zoe Monroe completed her Bachelor's degrees in humanities for teaching and english literature from Seattle University. During her undergraduate study, she has spent over 300 hours in the classroom as tutor and intern teacher. She has worked with elementary students learning english as a second language and with high school students studying English literature and composition. On campus, she has lead peers as an orientation advisor, a retreat leader, and a mentor for freshmen teaching majors. Ms. Monroe has worked as a media specialist at Seattle University's School of Law, where she facilitated lectures and events and aided faculty with classroom technology. Her academic passions lie in linguistics, and her ideal career would be one that unites research in this field with classroom teaching.
