Brief Bio:

Mr. Krish Varma graduated with a B.A. in economics with a concentration in philosophy and political economy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. While at UAB, Mr. Varma worked as a Supplemental Instruction leader to assist students in introductory spanish. A member of the University Honors Program, he served as a teaching assistant for a 9-hour interdisciplinary course. An avid dancer, Krish was a member of UAB's garba/raas dance troupe, BlazaRaas, the only of its kind in Alabama. In 2010, he studied hindi at the American Institute of Indian Studies in Jaipur, India with the Critical Language Scholarship program.
