USIEF offers facilitative and advising support to accredited U.S. institutions interested in collaborating with Indian institutions. Once the Indian institutions have identified the U.S. partner institution, they are advised to get in touch with the Counselor for Cultural Affairs at the U.S. Embassy for a "No Objection Certificate (NOC)," as required by the regulatory entities of the Government of India.
